Online Application Form
Complete your personal details, academic grades, and motivational questions. This is where you answer why Deloitte and why this programme. Application window: October–January for the following September start.
Prep tip
Answer motivational questions specifically — not generically. A specific reason for choosing Deloitte over a generic 'I want to work in the sector' answer makes an immediate difference.
Online Assessments
Immersive online assessment — a scenario-based test combining numerical, verbal, and situational judgement in one integrated exercise
Prep tip
Practice with real providers (SHL, Korn Ferry, Cubiks) before the test date. Don't attempt on a mobile or slow connection.
Video Interview
Strengths-based video interview — questions are about what you enjoy and what you're good at, not just STAR examples
Prep tip
Record yourself answering a practice question and watch it back. Fix filler words, posture, and pacing before the real thing.
Assessment Centre
Held at a Deloitte office. Typically includes: Group case study, Competency interview, Strengths-based interview, Written exercise.
Prep tip
Prepare STAR stories for all competencies before the day. The assessment starts when you walk in — be professional with everyone you meet.
